We at Bannhi know how important it is to deliver your products in the finest condition and on time. To deliver your products in the shortest time possible, we have teamed up with some of the most reputable courier partners in India.
What is the cost of shipping ?
We provide FREE SHIPPING Across India for ordered products.
Currently we don’t do International shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option available for all orders.
Although we take both prepaid and COD orders, prepaid orders are taken on priority while processing.
What is estimated delivery Time ?
We religiously aim to dispatch the products within 3-5 working days to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order if the product is ready or might take 10-15 working days in case of unavailability.
Please note during festivals, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances and dependency on courier company there can be processing and shipping delays.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it in 20 days for any reason.
How can I track my ordered shipment ?
Once your order has been dispatched , you will receive an email (to email provided by you) with information of the tracking number and the courier company that is executing your order. You can check in “Track your Shipment” and enter the AWB number to track the shipment movement. Customer shall follow up with the courier company for shipment status.
Status of your package can be tracked by you after 24 hours of order dispatch.
Customer or addressee (someone residing at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. Redelivery will be attempted (2 more time) If no one is available to receive it at home /office and the courier company will contact you for a suitable time for the redelivery.
For all online order, our delivery service providers will make maximum three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to us.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) Order, the Courier Delivery Service provider usually makes a call before making a delivery attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, two more attempts are made and after that product is returned to us.
Bannhi is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping .However all packages are insured.
