REFUND & RETURN

As a company policy we do not entertain and provide refund /return on any product once sold. We have only product size exchange policy . Please note there is no exchange for Sarees and Bags categories.

All the purchases will be non-refundable. We humbly don't take returns on items once it is sold. Refund is not applicable to any product purchased .

SIZE EXCHANGE

Exchange are allowed on size issues only.

Exchange not accepted if customer wants to exchange the product with different product. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable. Please note there is no size exchange for Sarees,Bags Categories.

If you have any size issue with the product delivered (provided the said terms and conditions are met) then please request for size exchange with us within 24hrs of delivery of the product .Size can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size for the same product. Incase the size you have requested is not available in stock we will issue a credit note, which you can use in next 30 days to purchase on the bannhi website .Kindly use credit in one go.

You can send it for exchange and Please write a note with your order no. and size required for the dress. You are not allowed to buy a different dress. You will be getting the same dress in bigger or smaller size as per your note subject to product availability in stock.

You are requested to send the product back to us which needs to be exchanged  and post receiving the confirmation for the exchange from Bannhi team please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility hence please send the product back to us yourself . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item .Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Bannhi will not be responsible for any lost shipment. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for exchange without our confirmation.

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and once it is approved, then your exchange will be processed.

We recommend to use for self shipped returns a reliable courier service with a traceable mail. Bannhi does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.

Customer shall follow security procedures of shipping/courier companies and Bannhi would not be responsible for it.

Kindly mention your name, address ,email and ordee id on the parcel alongwith the size needed.

Exchanges shall be done within 2 days of delivery else we can’t offer exchange.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed  and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering/ As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the product description We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order . You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.

10 % Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Bannhi as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Exchanges can be processed only once per order.

Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit. Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.

The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

CANCELLATION

 Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. 

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note : that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. Bannhi reserve all right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailability of stock, limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any other problems identified by our team . We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will get in touch with you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed to accept your order. Due to unforeseen circumstances, In such a scenario,you will be offered an alternate option to purchase another product in our website.

The terms and conditions, usage of the website and privacy policy of this agreement shall be agreed by the customer and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bannhi and accept the Bannhi’s decision regarding the cancellation.
